Essentially a well stocked store, reasonably priced, but the general rudeness of staff is really off-putting. Will rather go to Wimbledon than return to Battersea. I tried twice. Only one employee was marginally agreeable. What a shame.

We love pets at home in batersea. Really helpful team specially Paul he is a super star, remembers every single customer and always there to help. He should definitely be rewarded.
I was there to get my click & collect the staff were very nice and I didn't have to wait long.
These pet stores are good. Staff are friendly and keen to help. The shops have a large range of items and cater to pet owners of a variety of species. They are generally well stocked and some have on-site vets.
