Very efficient service and has everything you need. The store is well maintained and the staff are friendly, engaging, and helpful. We have popped to pets at homes abingdon on numerous occasions and each time we have been happy with our visit.

Good shop went in for fish difficult as currently not allowed near tanks to see fish you want and you can't chose the individual fish but overall good experience.
Great place to pick up bits and pieces for most pet animals from hamsters to reptiles. There was proper distancing taking place outside the shop with a marshal overseeing to make sure there were not too many people in the store. Unfortunately in the store it was still quite cramped with people but that isn't something the store can help with when there is a pandemic on and people want their pet stuff.
My only criticism is that all the cat food was upstairs, and I had spent a good few minutes wandering around the whole of the ground floor, until I eventually asked a member of staff. A bit of sign posting would have been good, but staff were very friendly and helpful.
Had a lovely time letting the pup choose his toys, staff welcoming, store clean and lots to choose from
