Thank you to Felipe and your team for your continuous support and efficiency throughout the process of relocating my pet parrot Molly. The care and detail involved made the process less stressful and, Felipe was always available to answer any questions and worries. I felt extremely confident leaving Molly in your care and was not disappointed. Also, I appreciated how I was updated at every stage of her travel in fine detail. It is evident that you guys are passionate about animals and are committed to providing an outstanding level of customer service. Molly has safely and happily arrived at her final destination which wouldn’t be possible without your help. I would highly recommend anyone needing to fly their pets abroad to use this service.

I have read with dismay the \Reviews\ from people regarding the recent break in. Andre and Kimberley had made sure their premises WERE secure but as we all know, if someone wants to break in, they WILL. They had CCTV, locked security gates etc. There are MANY examples of homeowners being severly injured by thieves who have no boundaries when it comes to dog theft. All dogs were found safely within 24 hours. I hope this puts an end to the negativity.
Shocking mismanagement with lacklustre security - how is it possible for so many dogs to be stolen from a facility that people put their precious furry family members in? Management owe a full explanation and need to publish details of their investment in security before this review is modified or removed.
Just heard this facility was broken into and pets were stolen. So sad this company didn’t have proper security in place to stop this from happening.
Andre was extremely professional, open and honest yet compassionate, considerate, understanding and supportive throughout the whole travel process from start to finish. We are now settled in Auckland NZ from Exeter UK and I am thankful that we put our trust in Andre. The whole relocation process can be extremely stressful and time consuming to get right from start to finish so you need to make sure you out your trust in the right people. This means that ensuring you have the right Pet Relocation Company is key as they essentially Project Manage the whole process from start to finish. My advice would be to not go for the cheapest quote as they normally aren't as they have a lot of hidden costs. If you are thinking of going for the cheapest (as I did) pick up the phone to Andre and he will talk you through the whole deal which actually works out at a huge saving. I would use Pet's Abroad again and again but for now we'll enjoy balls beaches, swims and sunsets for the foreseeable future. Thanks again Andre and the team, I owe you a Nando's once your back in the office :)
