I am still in the phase of understanding and collecting information about the puppy that I want to buy from this shop , however the person on whatsapp needs to be more tolerant and not repellant to customers enquiries. I assume establishing a flexible and tolerant platform of information exchange with new serious customers is important for long term credibility and customer trust in your products and service . From enquiring about a puppy to the expert consultations and information, transitioning puppy into our home, from start to finish was amazing :-) I cannot recommend highly enough and our fur baby chihuahua is very much part of the family
