One of my favourite campsites in the UK. Manages to be both secluded and friendly and communal in the right balance. Awesome little personal pitches dotted around the wooded campsite so you get a real wild feel and loads of peace. But also a great barn and communal area to hang out too. The barn was great in the evening, cosy chilled festival atmosphere with pub games and comfy seating to chill on. Loads of interesting new additions this year with the boat and the disco ball. My daughter adores it. Local area is lovely. The forest by the beach at holkham is so beautiful with really wizened trees and meandering sandy paths to explore. Great cycling around the area too.

Excellent small friendly well run campsite. Every time we return to the magical place next to the beautiful Holkham estate Tim seems to make further changes which always enhance the Brickyard camping experience. This year despite the relatively poor weather the children had a wonderful time playing in the barn whilst keeping warm in front of a big wood burner. We had a few problem of our own with our vehicles which Tim & his new assistant Baf were always on hand to offer as much help as they could to ensure we continued to enjoy our holiday. The new additional shower and toilet block were a great addition. One of the best campsites of its type in the UK.
Thank you for another wonderful stay at Brick Yard, we are most definitely planning to return next year, we absolutely love this campsite!! Secluded pitches, wonderful central area for socialising and the cleaning facilities strike just the right balance of comfort and natural experience with hot showers and flushing loos in an outdoor setting. The new washing up area is great and that pizza oven is just brilliant, we had the best camping meals ever thanks to your great setup!
Good hosts, secluded pitches. Barn with night time bar (also somewhere dry to eat if required), pizza oven. 2 mins cycle from holkham hall. 15 to beach. Nice showers etc. More campsites like this in the world please.
Such a perfect place to stay. Lovely site and location. Keeper's lodge was beautiful, well equipped and the pizza oven/shed area were perfect for cooking food, exploring and letting kids play. The shower was amazing! The owner was wonderfully friendly and showed us around when we arrived. We will be coming back. Thank you.
