Absolutely shocking service from a member of the sales team when I phoned up yesterday to book a test drive of 15,000 car. Insinuated that it was a risk to let me take a car out when I said I was downsizing and wanted to check the cars' power was ok for my needs..... and there was me thinking the car industry was in need of sales :) I'm not Lewis Hamilton - I am a 48 yr old IT professional. But I was a potential customer who would have paid 15k to the White Rose VW Dealership if they had any interest in selling a car! I will never use this dealership again - how insulting.
