Always experienced great service. Can queue at times for awhile but overall lovely people that care about their job.

Website says open to 4pm which is hour later than local to us. Drove there and they open but close counter at 3pm? Wasted journey

I cannot go in as I live miles away! Shocking..awaiting a letter from Barclays as to where my moneys gone!??
