No issues with my carpets. But one blind i had trouble with and ive yet to get an apology from the office. Measured windows and made a blind for the big window wrong colour was supposed to be the small room so when they came it was too big and couldnt be put up to add insult it didnt have a pelmet which i stated i wanted and paid for. Next a new one made with pelmet right size this time but pelmet white and blind grey? So i called again everytime i called i was made to feel like it was my fault theyade wrong blind and pelmet was wrong colour. I stated i wanted pelmet same as the blind not hard to understand i imagined. I was bluntly told you dont get that colour of pelmet you only get this and this. I said what i wanted was se fabric on pelmet not a metal pelmet. But accepted metal slightly darker pelmet so it was put up. That night when going to roll it down i noticed all down one side was frayed and cut squint i paid 100 for that and it was below standard. I sent an email with pictures and no apology again just said would get someone up. So when they arrive all that is done is cut the frayed edges and sealed. I did not say anything or complain again i had had enough by then i wont be using them again ive used them alot over the years and have never had any issues but that was when alan was in the shop to deal with face to face and not the two women who clearly dont communicate effectively or at all when it comes to orders and who could both be done with a course in customer service. Both of their attitudes were a disgrace. As i say alan was a dream to deal with before but will not be using again. Shame i like to support local buisness but not with that happening.

Great people very polite and very cheap not only was it cheap but the job what they had done today for me was fantastic and the price a quality of the carpets in amazing will recommend anyone to use these . Will have u back soon for more jobs thanks again.

I had a hall and stair carpet supplied and fitted today and i am very pleased with the price , quality and fitting of the carpet.The men did a fantastic job and everything was tidied up before they left. have used this company in the past and will certainly be using them in the future.

Want that \Faulty Towers\ experience then this is the place for you. Was shouted at down the phone because I questioned their workmanship. Told countless lies and advised they would call back, in the end always had to call them. Kept telling me they were the 'professionals'. All they are professional at is poor customer service. Avoid if you have any sense.
