Great service from start to finish. Kept up to date throughout and nothing was too much bother. During these difficult times the public don't appreciate what retailers and garages are doing for them. Kudos to Arnold Clark Peterhead and all that work there . Will keep coming back.

They gave me a settlement figure valid to the 4th of April and my last payment was due on the 1st of April (Hence the settlement covered the final payment). The final payment was taken from my account when it should have been paid off by the garage, this was retrospectively confirmed by Ford Finance that the Garage didn't pay enough to pay off the car. They short changed me of 235, I now know why he was able to offer me a supposed FOC Service Plan. I have since found out they did the same to a friend of mines. I will not be using this Garage again and I have been spreading the message to all my friends who have said they will follow suit.

Bought our 2nd car from this branch, car is in amazing condition unfortunately has a recall from July that the branch it was delivered from (birtley motorstore) didn't take care of first so need to wait a little longer 1 month in total (not my strong point)
