First visit to Aden country park and will definitely be going back. Met a friend to take our dogs fro a run and they enjoyed the open space as well as the company. Lots of space for distancing and some very lovely walks round the park, arboretums and shrubbery. If you have never been I would highly recommend

We visit Aden quite often, taking the kids and the grandparents. We find the grounds and paths to be well maintained so an excellent place for a walk. There is a large play park for the children as well as duck ponds and a farming museum. The Coffee and gift shops are open most days too, plenty of parking and plenty of clean toilets. Well worth a visit.

Lovely setting for wedding photos! I played some background music for a socially distanced wedding here last summer - it's a spacious park with a lake, woodland and fields plus the remains of a beautiful ruined stately home. Plenty of parking too -Highly Recommended!

Wonderful unexpected hidden treasure. I had no idea that a wee stop at new Deer for a wander through the arboretum would end up with a days outing enjoying the huge park meeting lots of folk just walking and exercising gently towards a great bunch of craft shops with the reward of a terrific soup and sandwiches lunch alfresco. The ham and beef obviously were cut from roasts cooked perfectly. Please go and find this unknown treasure and take lots of kids with you ; they will love it.

Beautiful country park, a great place for a day out, for a walk or a picnic with friends or family (there are tables and benches around area) great for kids of all ages, dog friendly. There is also a museum and a coffee shop where you can have a nice meal or just a nice cup of coffee or tea and a cake. Suitable place for a day out in any season or weather conditions. Boots, brolly and waterproof outfit recommended for rainy days and gloves scarf and warm clothing in winter.
