I ordered my food. It came within the time frame given. But it was the wrong order . Mistakes happen ..... No worries . Ordered the same order for 3 years. but hey ho(I know, how boring are we lol) After ringing them to explain, I was confronted with nothing but rudeness. Im Gobsmacked. I dont deserve this especially as a paying customer for 3 years. New staff or not? . We will not use this service again.

The worst service I've ever experienced. Called to find out where our order was after it was half an hour late, the guy said it was on its way. Called back after another half an hour & they said they didn't have an order for us and they hung up. 100% would NOT reccomend.

Absolutely disgusting... food arrived stone cold which is surprising as I only live around the corner. Kebab came wrapped in tin foil which felt like it had been in a fridge. The Nan bread was wet & soggy and was in edible so went in the bin. Either the driver drove round with the food on the roof of his car or my order was bagged with someone else's ice cold cans of coke ?
