Fantastic service every time from Toolfix! Would be lost without their expertise when running my joinery workshop - they stock a wide range of door and window ironmongery and will always try their best to help. A valuable supplier; quick and easy to deal with. Would thoroughly reccomend.

Ok so the products ordered were good quality and arrived within a couple of days, slight issue where I had to return a few pieces as they were unsuitable, no issues so far, I then received a call advising the returns had been received and there is a %25 restocking fee! (Detailed nowhere on the website or literature) this was a 105 charge for three small boxes! In my opinion this is outrageous. I could understand a standard 25 (or similar) fee for orders over a certain amount/size but not this. I’ll be using alternative companies moving forwards who don’t have arbitrary rules designed to punish customers.
