All my recent experiences have been excellent. I haven't had the usual \know it all\ receptionists that some doctors surgeries are plagued by, They can generally fit you in on the same day. There are days that you cant get an appointment, but they are few and far between. My 2 regular physicians are a great support. Highly recommend.

Spend 15 mins on hold every time you try to call. Can never seem to book anything, advice is to ring back again next day, to go on hold again! Receptions shirty, probably because their phones so are so busy as everyone has to call 5 times to do anything and is fed up waiting on the phone! So simple to fix but no willingness from them to do it, would recommend a different surgery if you have a choice. Doctors are usually nice enough once you finally get to see one.

I think the staff (doctors, nurses, receptionists etc) have all been great in my experience. For that alone I would have given 4 or 5 stars. However their telephone lines are constantly not working making it nearly impossible to get through! It’s very frustrating. For this reason I can only give 2 stars because I can’t make an appointment when I need to so it’s not fit for purpose. I have also tried to use their online doctorlink service but I’ve never had a call back so it doesn’t work for me.

Please stay away from this clinic. You will have to listen to a uninformed diagnosis followed by a lack of further investigation. You are better off going to Nene Park and feeling better.
