This isn’t just a weight loss organisation. It’s a group that helps you to give you back your life. Full of love, care and endless support. A place where you can be yourself and talk through your struggles with food and have no consequences or judgement from anyone. Two years ago I joined, in this time, I’ve lost half of my body weight. None of that would have been possible without the amazing help and support I received through the other members and a consistent that goes above and beyond to help us succeed. Would recommend to everyone and anyone who is looking to start a new journey to better health and newfound confidence.
