I’ve had a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed and tinted, best service ever!! Very safe, clean, professional and Amanda is just lovely. Excellent finish on my nails which has lasted longer then anywhere else I’ve been. My eyebrows are perfect in shape and colour. She’s a very talented lady! I’ve been going to Serenity Loves for a few years now and have literally never left unhappy. Everything they do there is brilliant. The staff are all really friendly and knowledgeable. I used to go to treat myself but now we attend as a family. My partner and our two boys (4 and 12) now have their haircuts done there too so it’s a real family affair. The boys are made to feel comfortable and my youngest loves the yellow mini that he can sit in for his haircut. The girls all chat away to both boys and they get great cuts there too. I thoroughly recommend this salon!

I started using Serenity Loves because I loved the vibe and energy on their social media posts. The staff are friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. They listen to you and give their expert advice. Throughout my appointments I was kept informed of what was happening and the products being used. You can tell that they've been trained to a high standard. I'd highly recommend them.

I totally have mixed feelings! Emma who cut my hair did a fantastic job. Other person who coloured my hair has messed up Something so badly I don't think I can repair it ever again! After colouring when I washed I lost so much hair! After blow-dried at home I can't explain how much hair I lost! I am absolutely disappointed for choosing them. After seeing my review they called me offered me a vitaplex 3 which I used and lost some more hair. After that, I had a meeting with a owner, she and her colleague wrote all our conversation due to insurance purpose. She explained me using vitaplex has not had an adverse effect on anyone( I understand her point) but I was the victim. They offered free wash and blow-dry which I didn't go. But, they washed a portion of my hair and blow-dried and it was fine.( No major hairloss) they explained vitaplex is an amazing treatment but, it never went well on me!
