Called on Wednesday to enquire about whether they had what I wanted in stock. They had and said it would be delivered in morning. After I while I called again as no delivery and was assured deliver would be today between 3.30 and 3.45. At ten past 4 called again and was assured delivery would be in 10 minutes. Perhaps if they give a delivery time stick to it and as driver got lost a sat navigation. Would think twice about buying from here again! After using it once it broke down and would not work. Had the same messing about with when they were going to pick it up and bring my 100 back. Please do not touch this place with a barge pole. If I'd have known all this palaver would have given it 1 star!

This does not even deserve 1 star but i have to put 1 star to leave a review. After buying a second hand washing from here i had to wait 2 days for it to be delivered after they told me i would get it in 1 day. Then they came and put it in and it did not work at all. I told them and they came out to look at it and said they would send me another machine. After waiting nearly 2 weeks and still no machine after numerous calls to them and them promising me i would have it next day between 2 and 4pm i gave up. I took the machine back to the shop myself and demanded my money back to which they obliged but not without 101 excuses first. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN.
Appalling customer service. It was agreed that the price includes them fixing the washing machine upon delivery but they did not even provide the connecting pipe with it. For 3 consecutive days, called multiple times in a day to ask them to deliver it. But they talked rudely and did not deliver. Finally, my brother had to go to their shop to get the connecting pipe. Absolutely rude and don't abide by any of the agreements they make.

Had a washing machine from them , wasted three days waiting for it to be delivered. Arrived and the draw had black mould in it which I cleaned before I could use. Washing came out very wet and on third load the pump stopped working completely. Called ten times and each time a excuse or completely lie as to when someone would be out !! 120 out of pocket, stinking broken machine in kitchen and no joy from guy at shop. DO NOT USE THEM !! They have no idea what they are doing. Had to put a star else wont post but no stars would be right.
