Had a fabulous Indian Head Massage today. Liz is an extremely talented practitioner and, as a qualified reflexologist and Reiki (level 2), I know of which I speak. All physical and emotional stress fell away and I floated serenely though the rest of the day. Bliss. Highly recommended.

Been going to Liz for a while now and she provides a great Swedish massage which helps with my antics in the gym with weights. Good for removing the knots and stress. I also love the Indian head massage as I can actually feel the stress melting away. 5 stars
