Impulse has given me a new lease of life Hitting my 50s I was looking for something to challenge me. Impulse has given me a great focus which in turn has rejuvenated my body physically and stimulated me mentally. Great bunch to train with, very friendly even to us older folk. Highly recommend it and I intend to keep going for many years to come.

I joined back in November 2019 and it's one of the best things I've ever done. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, no egos and the coaches have a wealth of knowledge. If you want to learn and train in Jiu-Jitsu then I highly recommend you come take a look. See you on the mat! OSS
