A privately owned UK company, iGO4 was founded in 2007. The business launched its own contact centre and back office facilities in Peterborough in July 2011 and has grown significantly since, with a vision of becoming one of the largest personal lines’ insurance brokers in the UK. The business currently operates across Private Car, Household, Commercial Vehicle and Telematics products. This expansion has been achieved by building our own direct customer base and through partnerships and providing administration service to third party Companies. The iGO4 brands and products have access to all the major price comparison sites, giving iGO4 a strong relationship advantage with the aggregators. In 2011, iGO4 secured the Zenith Insurance partnership to launch their private car and van products direct to market. iGO4 provided scoping, development, build and call centre management for both projects. Hastings Direct chose iGO4 to deliver their Smartmiles telematics ‘black box’ safe driving product in 2012. Again, we provided scoping, development, build and call centre management, as well as managing the third-party box installation network and customer dashboard. This led to the development of our own telematics product, WiseDriving, which we launched in late 2012 to bring telematics to a wider audience. All iGO4 products are delivered through the CDL Strata platform. iGO4 was one of the first insurance brokers to start using the STRATA system and this has allowed us to help steer the future development of the STRATA product, this also has the added benefit that our staff are some of the best trained STRATA agents. The STRATA system allows us to offer customers the option to easily make changes to their policies free of charge by simply logging in to their account and making changes online.,

What a terrible company to deal with, I think someone else mentioned it but if you sell your car this company will have you over. Terrible customer service, I called to look at moving over my insurance to another car as I'd sold my car and was buying a new one, so I figured it would be straight forward, was wrong, asked if I could cancel my policy, was given a breakdown of the costs to cancel today. I was told I could move to a repayment plan with them for the outstanding sum if I needed to because of how much it is, I asked if I decided to do that what date would the policy officially cancel to which she couldn't answer, then hung up the phone on me. The whole time just being told \this is in our T&C\, when I asked about a complaint I was told not to bother, it would take 6 - 7 weeks and they will just tell you the same, it's in our T&C

Please be aware of sneaky cancellation charges you cannot get out of. My car was being sold, let the insurance auto-renew, then just 20 days later, my cancellation charges are: Insurance - 11 - No issues Extras - 50 - You have to pay the full year! Not what you've used Cancellation Fee - 65 - Is what it is Renewal Fee - 60 - for what? Total fee to cancel after 20 days - 186 Total premium for the year for the car insurance - 276! I suggest, don't sell your car if you've just renewed, write it off and let them pay you some insurance money out! Complaint has been filed, and financial ombudsman has been contacted

Unlike previous Insurance Companies I have dealt with,my new quote was reasonably similar to last year’s.After 35 years of claim free driving my vehicle insurance shouldn’t go up substantially each year. This year I didn’t need to shop around for quotes and Igo4 made the renewal process simple.

Stay away from this insurance company. I had insurance with them for 10days, the engine went wrong in my car, had to get a new one so I was happy to pay fees to change the car on my policy. They told me they would not change my car and would not give a reason why, they told me I would have to cancel my policy, but because I was not in fault I would not be charged cancellation fees, I would only have to pay the ten days I was covered for. They then charged me 90 for ten days worth of cover, after telling me it was not my fault that I had to cancel my policy. No insurance should not be willing to change the car on your insurance, and then force you to cancel a policy you didn't want to, after only ten days, then charge you 90. Complete scammers. STAY AWAY. Just pleased in one way I got out now, before they scammed any more money out of me. Trust the negative reviews on here. I read them and ignored them and I'm now out of pocket myself, and have had to pay another large deposit on another insurance all within 2 weeks because of this insurance company. Absolutely disgusting company. Do not give them a single penny, they sound very dodgy.

They were the cheapest, very easy to set up. I have not yet needed to contact them for anything so cannot comment on anything else but so far am very happy with them
