Since moving to the area my family and I have ordered food from the Gurkha lounge many times and we've never been disappointed. The food is delicious and the service is fast. We even ordered a number of meals on new year's eve and had to queue out the door to pick it up! The restaurant is also beautiful (not that we can eat there at the moment, thanks covid) and the social distancing measures they've put in place give enough room that plenty of people can wait indoors safely. I'd strongly recommend Gurkha.
We just love the food here! Have been a customer to the restaurant and atmosphere was lovely, friendly staff and great food. Getting a takeaway from here tonight and my mouth is watering just thinking about it! We have tried several other Indians in town and nowhere is as good.
Very good quality and well presented dishes. Mo mo dumplings starter is delicious, pineapple chicken, pomegranate chicken and gurkha supreme all highly recommended. Great friendly service and really looked after the children. Kids menu is reasonable and good portions. Will definitely go back to try more of the menu
