order placed for an in stock pair of trouser according to the website, 11 days later and all I have is a constant stream of texts saying we know we are delayed and we are sorry. I ordered online so as not to make an unnecessary, non essential journey, and wish I hadn't. Go outdoors really need to reconsider their online retailer status because they obviously cannot handle online trade, and it appears its impossible to cancel my order now as well which is ridiculous as they obviously haven't even been picked yet, let alone dispatched. I have been a Go Outdoors customer for many years but the overall service levels of this business are getting worse, and I certainly wont be buying from them again.
People, child and dog friendly store, helpful staff, good value for money and a good .is of affordable to slightly higher end equipment that will see you through any domestic expedition.
