Was skeptical of this store as I’ve never heard of them before but really wanted a king hoody so just thought I might aswell. Turned up in the time stated and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you DSL, will 100% order from you guys again.
Awful customer service. Having received confirmation of two purchased items I was then told one was no longer available and I would be refunded that amount plus a percentage of the delivery. I said the unavailable item was the primary reason for the purchase and could I therefore cancel. I was told it was already dispatched. I then asked can the entire delivery cost be refunded and I be given the means to return the item free of charge. No response to that and a subsequent request. The secondary item took 11 days from ordering to arrive bearing in mind shipping was charged at 5 that's a long time and a lot longer than the cited 3-5 working days. I would not recommend. Follow up: I wish you were as quick to follow up on my emails and WhatsApp and yet you still don't offer to make amends???
