Disappointing policy. If you try and change the date of your wedding, you lose your deposit. It was on a Monday ..... I'd understand if it was at the weekend or a bank holiday..... Very inflexible, poor communication and an overall disappointment. Can do better !

Used for wedding and I got ... great service, punctual, friendly driver. This was a last minute booking still and crystal chauffers accommodated for a car for me whilst on the owner was on holiday...
