I have been lucky enough to have been cooked for twice by Crafting Curries. Once for a Father’s Day Meal and another time for a Valentine’s meal. The food is absolutely delicious - there is always a fantastic variety of dishes and every one is extremely flavoursome. Cathy’s customer service is fabulous - she is very attentive and genuinely wants you to enjoy her food. I hope I will get the opportunity to sample Cathy’s cooking again and I will also be booking on to on of her cookery courses so we can attempt to recreate some of the fantastic flavours at home for ourself.

We were welcomed by Cathy into her home. All the tedious prep had already been done for us and ingredients measured out. So it was into a mix of demonstrations by Cathy and hands on by us for seven delicious recipes. Which we got to eat at the end of the session. We also had the recipes printed out to take home in a lovely presentation folder. This was really a wonderful day. Alas some dishes aren't in the photo. They got eaten very quickly.
A bit late posting my review, but had a wonderful time in Cathy's kitchen a couple of weeks ago. She showed us the ropes and took time explaining the different spices we were using- resulting in a beautiful end product! Will definitely tell all my friends to book a course next year!
I had a brilliant 'Curries in a Jiffy' masterclass with Cathy. The knowledge that she could share was fantastic, the session was extremely well organised and prepared. Cathy is also evidently extremely passionate about Indian cuisine, which really comes through during the masterclass. The recipes and food itself was beautiful - all of my family had a taste of what I brought home and they all loved it. I'm looking forward to cooking these dishes myself for the family. Thank you so much Cathy, really looking forward to my next master class in October.
Brilliant experience. I learned a lot and cooked some amazing food in the process. Cathy is a delight, she's friendly, funny, and a great teacher. Cannot recommend enough!
