The people are mostly friendly and the facilities are fantastic. Ideal for someone wanting to enjoy the experience of rowing, but if you're looking to seriously compete, then I would suggest you look elsewhere. PCRC is a predominantly Recreational club and will continue to be for some time.

One of the best rowing clubs in the UK. Great facilities, coaches and friendly atmosphere . Regular Learn to Row courses for all ages, anyone can do it! It's annual competitive events are some of the biggest and best organised in the country. Very scenic location which is fantastic and safe for dog walking or leisure excessive.
What a nice setting! Was here for Peterborough Junior Regatta and had a very nice time. It is in a really nice woodland setting - when you are there you are in a whole different word in comparison to the fast roads and building around. The 1km rowing lake and the access to the river make it the perfect place to row as well.
