Fast and efficient service given by friendly staff. Food is always freshly prepared and delicious. Very busy at times but that proves how popular it is

2 years ago, it was tasty and had lots of choices of chicken like firecracker, k bbq, etc. Now the price gone up, Portion gone small and very few old choices. Not many choices and only few old ones and stopped doing the firecracker too. Not worth. Can do better at home.
I'm not satisfied, Chopstix was one of my favorite fasfood, today I was there for the last time. too expensive for such portions. My Sweet and Sour chicken was absolutely tasteless. And this closed toilet, below the criticism. This 1 star is for BBQ chicken.
Good selection of toppings however it depends on the time of day that you arrive how fresh they are. Food is cooked in front of you throughout the day to refill the cabinet. Fast and efficient service, food is good and filling.
The food was garbage. This is FAKE Chinese food, don't come here expecting any chinese/oriental taste. Tastes very bland. All I can taste is overly sweet flavouring and a bunch of egg flour coating. McDonald's serves food of higher quality than this. The service was the only good thing here hence the 2 stars, if not it would have been 1 star. Also it's called chopstix but they DONT HAVE CHOPSTICKS.
