Waited a month for flooring to be fitted and fitter arrived only to tell us not enough tiles had been ordered. Awful customer service and we had to chase for any updates. Was told they don't do compensation apart from the fact that they had to order another box of tiles to complete the floor (which should have been ordered in the first place anyway?). Thank you only to Paul who fitted the flooring.

Staff was helpful, however they made me worry a bit when i wanted to fold the carpet. Folding a carpet was always okay to do as long as carpet is higher quality so it wouldn't crack etc. Store cover themselves with signing a paper that customer accepts all responsibility. Other than that it was fine.
