Ordered a nail gun from them. Very good price and very quick delivery. I cannot fault them. As soon as the missus lets me. I'll be buying more power tools from them definitely

I thoroughly recommend CBS! There was a small unforeseen issue with an order I placed, but CBS went out of their way to sort everything out very quickly and I received my order just 20 hours after speaking to them! The person I spoke to on the phone was polite, well informed and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be buying from here again.

Just bought a handful of Ryobi kit from CBS (via their direct-powertools.co.uk webite) and I've been really impressed. Their prices were significantly cheaper than other suppliers and arrived extremely quickly. The batteries all have different serial numbers and seem to have been manufactured less than 3 months ago. The overall package was well wrapped (and DPD'd) but one item got slightly damaged in transit. Staff have been amazingly responsive, apologetic and helpful with getting it sorted (it's arriving tomorrow and I hand the old one back to the driver - no labels or anything). Really impressed, really thankful, will happily buy future tools from them as well.
