Kind friendly, family caring & they understand my needs in which they encouraging me out when in low mood. I do enjoy coming down even if it's just to watch. Love the atmosphere & interesting banter. Learning is fun & exercise at your own pace, to your own physical abilities. 7 per 2hrs session includes rest breaks. Mondays: Starts 7:15pm - 9.15pm & please allow a bit of time after for a great \chin wag\ (chat) then off to the local pub after if your not too busy. Fantastic!

Friendly people and a relaxed atmosphere. You learn at your own pace so there is no pressure unlike some other martial arts. If you can remember at least one technique from each class then in no time you'll see development and progress in yourself. In fact, you will soon find once a week just isn't enough! And don't forget, your first class is free!
