Very hard if not imposable to contact, no phone number for such a large company? Why? What are they trying to hide? Note all the 5-star reviews with NO comments.... all fake, just like BGL.

Do not be fooled by these fake reviews! Policy was taken out in July, canceled same day. Ive spent approx 13-15 hours on call to get my refund back, had to open a chargeback with my bank. Telephone staff, are happy to put you on hold for 1 hour while they 'check whats going on' AVOID FOR YOUR OWN SAKE.
