Purchased new TW160PH arrived over a year old and damaged. Now Refused to carry out the required 3 year's servicing under warranty. AVOID BEN BURGESS. Photos taken straight after first service didn't even grease the slide rollers, don't think service carried out.

Ben Burgess Coates are the ONLY business I know who continue to send out invoices but don’t bother to put their payment account details on the invoice- are customers supposed to guess their bank account and sort code? It’s these very basic fails that indicate a slack operation. Further to this, when I went to the Coates showroom to view their selection of John Deere ride on lawnmowers it was immediately evident that the young lady sales person knew virtually nothing about the various models and their spec. One could only be unimpressed with the buying experience.
