I found a bike that I'm enjoying a lot, and I ride it on a daily basis. The buying experience was okay. My first visit was a little odd, but then on the second visit I had a very helpful person. The only thing that I did not like at all is that they don't accept credit card - without pushing the fee onto the customer. I think that in this day and age, and even in Germany, a business should accept credit card as a payment option, and see the fee they're paying as the necessary cost of doing business.

Very helpful staff. Helped me to try to find a bolt to fit my road bike, which ultimately wasn't necessary then tried to just find a plastic plug to fill the hole but the store had already closed and they were still helping me to find a piece that would fit knowing I wasn't going to buy anything! Then I went to buy a basket for my dog and the older gentleman let me try out the basket on his bike. Will be back, this time for a bike trailer :-)

Terrible, terrible, terrible. So unfriendly, unhelpful, miserable, grumpy and just unbelievably not a nice atmosphere to enter into. Customer service is apparently not something they care about.

I think this is just a rip off! Few motorbikes and some bikes and e-bikes priced ridiculously... I had to run away! Accessory and parts are sold here too, but if you need a seat for your toddler prepare to spend 120 euros.
