I cannot recommend Peter Roberts caravans highly enough. They have been exemplary in the dealings I have had from them concerning the purchase of our new motorhome. They have kept me up to date with events at all times and even delivered the vehicle to me here in north Wales at no extra cost. Several extras in the vehicle were included at no added cost and the vehicle was delivered with almost a full tank of fuel. That is a first to me! Twice so far we have rented motor homes from Peter Roberts Caravans. We a currently spending a week in Scotland in their Fiat 746. This company is so professional and always on hand. I’ve recommended several of my friends to this amazing company.
Seriously have only good & praise to say about Peter Roberts dealership. Not like all the others, just straight talking & honest answers, even to the delivery date! From the first initial call, selling our caravan & buying our first new Motorhome Andy was there to hold our hand from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, his experience & knowledge is priceless. Cannot recommended them enough.
Just had my Caravan serviced at Peter Roberts caravans. Why did I chose them? There reviews are excellent. I can confirm they are all true! From my first point of contact (cleaner), the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and totally professional. So refreshing! Have no fear dealing with this company, they will look after you.
If you're looking to purchase a Motorhome then I'd recommend making best efforts to visit this family run business who deal with motorhome rentals, caravan and motorhome sales. We have just taken delivery of our new vehicle and from the very first phone call to driving off, Andy and his team have been excellent. Good communication, advice, facilitating our requests, etc. Nothing has proved to much. Thank you once again for the experience. We have a lovely new motorhome, happy in the knowledge that we can always follow up with any queries. We will recommend this company to any one of our friends and family.
