We have had the house sale from hell - no fault of Peter joy at all - just very unlucky with chains collapsing several times further down. It meant a lot of stress however we never once considered going with another agent. Big thank you to Jake - he always called us and always had good updates/chased all the relevant agents well. Always on the ball. But he always had our best interest at heart and would try to get ahead of issues that could arise. Thanks for always taking our call or getting back to us Jake. Also big thanks to Rachel in the office who was always very helpful and Clare who we had a lot of dealings with too. Great team. Would recommend to anyone looking to sell their home.

From regular updates to track progress and recommendations when support was needed Clare and the team were quite simply brilliant. Highly recommended.
Peter Joy were recommended to us by a friend and what a recommendation it proved to be! All the staff are polite and professional but a special mention to Clare who supported us with kindness and consideration throughout. Clare kept us updated on a near daily basis - making sure she honoured any promise of an update even if this was outside of her official working hours. I felt she always had our best interests at heart. Jake provided a friendly, fair and professional valuation of our property and Rachel was always obliging on the phone and generous with her time. I can't recommend them enough 10/10
I have had to sell my family home which I was born in 56 years ago which has been a difficult thing to do.
