I had blocked ears for about 4 weeks and was unable to get anything done at my local GP due to equipment issues so decided to book an appointment here as I was going insane unable to hear anything or anyone. They got me in the next day and I cannot thank them enough. Brilliant service and staff and I left being able to hear more clearly than ever before. 100% recommend this place

I’ve been visiting Peter for the last three years. He’s very professional, patient and friendly. Although I’m paying privately, it’s worth every penny because I get very quick appointments (always within a week) and then Peter is very thorough with his appointments and aftercare – which have included home visits. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone who is thinking of having a consultation.
I have severe hearing loss and been under the care of the NHS for many years. Due to the slow process of that service I felt the need to seek more professional advice and having read great reviews I decided to contact Peter Byrom services and see if I could get a faster more effective service to give me a better hearing experience. After one phone call within a week I received a comprehensive hearing test and within 2 weeks started trials and the most up to date hearing technology to which I am already seeing the benefits for. With the ongoing care and service provided by Peter I have now doubt this was the right decision and would have no hesitation in recommending his services.
Very happy with the outcome. Entirely satisfied with the excellent service I received recently. I'd been suffering for months from ear wax blocking both ears. I'd had some treatment prior to this but the practitioner couldn't remove all the wax as it was compacted and it proved a painful procedure. Peter found no problem with removing all the wax from both ears and it was absolutely painless.
