My building survey was completed promptly and the people I dealt with were very helpful and pleasant. However, there were a few oversights in the survey that I was surprised by - not a big deal, but not noticing for example that there was no WC in the bathroom did seem to me an oversight and made me wonder what else might have been missed... but overall seemed thorough and useful.

Peter Barry Surveyors did our full building survey report prior to purchase. Once instructed they coordinated with the estate agents directly in order to get the survey done and I did not have to worry about anything. Jody and Shaun were super helpful and the report was incredibly detailed and well laid out. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else looking for reliable surveyors.

I am very grateful to Justin Burns who conducted a Homebuyers survey for me. I was very happy with the level of detail in the report, and Justin very kindly took the time to discuss further queries I had regarding issues that he had flagged. I received the report within 3 days of the inspection, and the communication from himself and Emma Shepherd in administration was always very quick and informative. I would definitely recommend Peter Barry Surveyors for surveyor enquiries.
