If I could give zero stars I would. Just over a year with Peter Alan letting a property and the incompetence has been exhausting to say the least. They are happy to rush you in to a filthy property and then have the audacity to try and charge you for a spotless house when you are on your way out. If I never have to deal with them again it will be a day too soon. If you do have the unfortunate situation of having to use Peter Alan, make sure you get a full set of keys, make sure its clean and pray nothing goes wrong at the property. We have had a great experience using Freelance Lets and would highly recommend them.

Asked them to assist me finding a specific type of property that would be suitable for my disabled partner. I was clear about his needs and our requirements in a house. They responded directly to my email request with a property type that was obviously grossly unsuitable and included everything I asked them not to include. Clearly they have absolutely no consideration for disabled people and also are apparently unable to read.
Me and my partner were looking at one of their properties to rent they got back to us very quickly and once we decided we did want it they ran all the checks and we were given the keys within 2 weeks they were very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had and since moving in if we've needed any repairs or anything looked at they've sent someone within a couple days. Great staff would definitely use if we moved again
