Petco

My partner and I are about to be first time kitty owners and Caleb (he’s a cat dad of three) was an absolute dream. We had some dumb questions and he had utmost patience and walked us through literally everything we needed to know for first time pet ownership. He even shared some super helpful tips and tricks with us. Caleb, if you’re reading this, we appreciate you so much!! Thank you

We are fish people. As well as dog and cat people. We love getting our fish from there. They are always healthy and the fish associates are very knowledgeable.

I needed pet supplies. I called the store and an employee answered. He Asia he was the only one there. I explained what I needed. He told me to let him get the register up and running and I could cone in the get what I needed. He came out to my car to let me know I could come in and shop. Even though the weather was still very cold and icy. I appreciated his consideration during this city crisis.

Love this petco! I came here with my puppy to get a haircut and was a bit worried initially whether he would have a good time, but Luis (?) was our man! By the way he handled the dogs, gently but firmly, you can tell he is very experienced and kind. Our pup got a fresh haircut (NOT a shave) and smelled really good. Also the gentleman at the checkout line gave us a dog treat which was really kind! A great experience overall and I would come back.

The young woman who helped me was very pleasant, helpful & knowledgeable. I wish I could remember her name, but she had an Australian accent. I'd had a bad day before I came in, and my interaction with this young woman turned my day around and put a smile on my face. The store had exactly what I came in for (car booster seat for my dog) at a very reasonable price. I've shopped at this store before, and I've always had a good experience, due in most part to your store having great employees!
