Always at hand with advice and stocks great pet food! I am so impressed by the lengths the owner and staff go to so that even during Covid at its worst everyone was given the very best service, which meant home deliveries were available, even if as we are a fair bit out from other customers! Catherine goes above and beyond to ensure that not only are the products in the shop top quality and importantly locally produced, but is also undertaking training so that she, her co-workers and customers are all fully informed about pet food and best practice. We have never found such a fantastic pet food shop! Great training and experiences are also on offer and we certainly enjoyed the one we were lucky to be available for.
Great shop with a really knowledgeable and friendly, family team. Always have a great range of good quality stock available and can advise on the best things to keep pets in tip top condition.
I was very disappointed by the service I received on the phone today. I was asking if they are open as I was looking to change my dog from dry to raw food. I was checking the time as due to Covid some shops hours have changed. I was told not today. ( I checked the time of my call it was 4pm) as they have lots to do and close at 5pm. I was asked if I could come in another time and days and times mentioned. When I asked what would be best . I was told that this is a shop and can’t say when it will be busy. The reason I asked was due to the not today reply. I used to use this store for years. From when it first opened up in the Main Street. I found the poor service disappointing.
Fantastic service from all staff, Catherine is extremely knowledgeable on all feeding aspects. Great prices also
