Fantastic little pet shop in the heart of Winchester. Perfect to pop into when in town, I take my pup in on the way to work and he loves choosing his favourite chews and treats from here. It's so handy. Very helpful staff with great advice, which is brilliant for a new dog owner like me.
Always really friendly and if things are not in stock or you want something different to what is in stock they will happily order for you and are very open and honest about delivery times and the items they sell. Clearly experienced and helpful with a cheery greeting everytime I've visited.
Absolutely love this place. A local, family business that provides a wealth of stuff for your pets; toys, food, accessories etc. Staff are super friendly and you always feel welcomed. If they don't have what you want, they very likely can order it. My rats absolutely love the houses I've ordered through here and is my first goto stop for all accessories, food and bedding. Highly recommended.
Great store asked the very nice lady at the counter if they had a certain dog biscuit unfortunatley they didnt but she was more than happy to order it in which was really nice. Although a small store its a much more personal shopping experience than a chain store and prices very good.
