Very caring and compassionate especially at such a difficult time when you can't be with your pet. My mini schnauzer had to be put to sleep in November and the phone call from the vet made the very upsetting situation of not being with her that bit easier knowing she would be cuddled and soothed as she passed.

I don't usually write reviews for services, but this time I thought I should definitely mention my experiences. I've never had to take my pet to the vet before, but this time I had to make an appointment and I was able to book in on the same day that I made the phone call, at a relatively affordable price compared to all the other vets around the area. When we arrived, the staff seemed very friendly, especially Ryan, who did the examination for our pet. Unfortunately, since the pet in question was a rather ill guinea pig, we were told that despite everyone's best efforts, he probably wasn't going to make it. We were offered a lot of compassion at the scene, and we were greatly supported with our decision regarding the steps forward, without any 'pushy-ness' towards any particular option. We were encouraged to keep them updated on what was happening, by providing a phone call in the future. A few days later, I was given a phone call from Ryan, who wanted to simply check up on our situation. Unlike with other such businesses, not once did we feel like anyone was trying to squeeze out any extra pounds through offering unnecessary services. They simply wanted to check that we were OK. Despite me missing the first phone call, we were still able to arrange a chat to discuss the situation, and even after my pet passed away, we were given the option of receiving further support. This has honestly meant so much to us, especially since knowing the fact that sometimes these kinds of places can put profit first. I'm really thankful for their help, and I'd definitely recommend them, if not for their affordable prices, then for their genuine, caring attitude towards animals and their owners.

Having just got our first puppy , the pet doctors were amazing with running us through everything and were so polite and helpful with calming my nerves about some tummy troubles he's been having , what we need to do and look out for and what we can do to give our puppy the best ! What a fabulous team ️
