I had a very nice and convenient experience here. My cat got an eye infection during the winter storm that took out Texas for a few days and all of the vets in the Brownsville were closed/without electricity...I was able to go in as a walk-in and they were even able to reschedule my appointment twice because I was having a hard time finding a gas station to fill up at. Once I arrived they provided quick service, seemed concerned, and were very kind with my pet.

Horrible customer service!!!! I told them exactly what was needed. Advised them I was needing to know if my dog was pregnant so I knew what to do for the holidays. They said the vet would be able to feel her and could tell. My dog has been there before for shots so they have her records. She is a chihuahua and when she last went to the Vet in May she was 6 lbs. They were aware she was a small dog and I told them he has only been pregnant 1 time before and only had 1 puppy. They said the doctor will be able to tell by just feeling. Well he couldn’t said that the only way he could tell was with an ultrasound. I said ok let’s do it. He said they were 350.00. I advised him I had already priced them and they were between 47-100 everywhere else. Then he said they don’t even have the machine. Complete waste of time and money. Then made me wait to pay. I paid cash so it was very easy for them to take the payment but they were purposely being rude and when I was telling the person I was talking to on the phone about the service and lies the desk clerk threatened me. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience!!! Then they wrote on my dogs chart no service. Saying they would not service her again. Not that I would ever take my pets back there again!!!! We’re very rough with her too and muzzled her when she snapped because they were pulling on her legs. Vet was pulling her one way and Vet Tech pulling the other. Again horrible service today!!! If I could rate 0 on here I would!!!

I usually don't write terrible reviews but this was the worst experience I've ever had taking my pet to a veterinarian I was already frustrated depressed and afraid I was going to lose my puppy so getting there and having to initially pot up with the receptionist uppity attitude whom seemed to find it imperative to repeatedly tell me the cost of the visit and services over and over like I didn't understand or couldn't afford it made me wanna walk right back out but i was more concerned about my puppy Tiger's condition so i just paid to get him tested for parvo which came back positive and waited for the doctor. When he sees Tiger her looks at him fur a minute maybe 2 and tells me my dog was a goner and was not going to make it. Well i chose to pay fur the shot anyway cause i refused to give up. I've been giving Tiger Pedialyte every hour 3 p.m. yesterday which is now 6:30 a.m. the following day and tiger still alive had started drinking on his own and wagging his tail again. If I would have listened to that doctor and chose not to get the shot my puppy would be dead right now he would not have survived. It is my personal opinion this Veterinary Clinic only cares about the money that it makes for 40 to see the doctor who only stood in the room for less than maybe 3 minutes, a parvo test and two parvo shots was almost 200 we were in and out within less than 30 minutes and one of the nurses was ve very sympathetic and seemed to wanna help and those two things are the only good things i experienced at this clinic but it is what it is at least my puppy is alive and that is what I'm grateful for.

I called and was able to drop my kitten off the same day. He was sick and needed vaccinations. The staff and front desk were polite and efficient. They called to follow up and see how the kitten was doing. The fees they charged were pretty reasonable too.
