I chose this company because of the 5 star reviews and I cannot believe how bad the service has been. Unfortunately I've had a bad experience with this company. When I called them in the morning they we're able to send someone on the same day, that was the only good thing. The rest has been awful, I paid 200 pounds to someone who just wanted to get the money and go. He came in the evening, didn't even use a torch to identify holes to see where the problem is coming from. I offered him my phone torch and then he used his own. I had to prompt him to check places properly. Since their visit the issues continue and I am unable to get through to them, there is no answer. I would not recommend this service. Response update 03/12/2020: called them today hoping that they could solve the issue I raised above and the conversation I had with some one who claims to be a manager was absolutely disgusting. I am mortified because this place has such good reviews. Despite the response below that I reviewed the wrong company he did locate my details and immediately had a go at me for the bad review I left, I explained that I've been trying to reach them. He said that they have issues on their phone lines and that I should have emailed instead of posting a review. He accused me for the second time and said I was lying in the review. He did not listen and kept saying I was lying, I cannot believe he is a manager. I'm sure they have great members of staff but I have been very unlucky and wasted quite a bit of money. The mice even appeared today. I called in the hope that they would rectify but the manager just attacked me because of the bad review, accused me of lying and expected me to email them so that they could consider sending someone out. I had to put the phone down, I could not believe his attitude.
