Nigel kindly came out on a Bank Holiday, sent me a text telling me he was on his way, called me on arrival and quickly set to work. He is a genuine professional, reviewed all of the efforts I had made, deployed some items only available to professionals and reassured me about the outcome. I was very impressed. He charged me the agreed sum for the call out, agreed sums for traps and did not charge me for the baits. Most certainly use him again if required.

Nigel came to sort a bee problem where many were entering a bedroom from under the eaves making it unusable. Whilst here, he also spotted a hornets nest (also under the eaves) that I was not aware of and sprayed that too. Three days later, no sign of bees or hornets and the bedroom is now usable again. A great job well done. Nigel came when he said he would and was fast and efficient. I highly recommend him and will certainly use him again in the future when the need arises. Thank you!

Nigel came on the dot of 9am as agreed. He dealt with the wasp nest quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and pleasant, and advised me about time to allow before going into the area.
