Worst ever cargo service. Ill mannered staff. Bus service has deteriorated and so has the cargo service. NOT recommended even if it's the last cargo service on earth.
Clean and organized terminal. Just next to Metro Bus station. Spacious parking and courteous staff
Worst experience that I have in life is today. Staff and services are very poor, roundness of staff is bad experience. I will never use Daewoo services any more. Pooooo
Credit card machine didn’t work. The guy at the counter was saying it’s not working for the last 4 days. If a customer only has credit card as a mode of payment then they are screwed up. Improve customer service and customer satisfaction by providing minor but important things.
Disappointed to see Daewoo Bus service declining. Booked Peshawar to Rawalpindi but very pathetic services all over. No AC was working in the waiting lounge, the tuck shop in the waiting lounge was very expensive. The staff at the booking counter rude and the bus was very old with uncomfortable seats and AC. The bus had a stop at Nowshera and a lengthy stop for unknown reason at Rashakai interchange. A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
It was my first and last fare ever with daewoo i had worst hoists for my trip to karachi from peshawar they were super rude,unprofessional, unethical and arrogant hoists. I would not recommend anyone to take their services.
