Il tema della serata appena trascorsa al Dama Bianca era carbonara e un drink a 15. Appena entrato si nota subito il locale molto curato e arredato egregiamente. Noi abbiamo preso due specialità della serata. Devo dire che la carbonara era veramente buona e presentata molto bene. Personale gentile e professionale. Unico difetto il calice di prosecco che era veramente di basso livello, e lo si evince anche dalla foto. Se non fosse stato per il prosecco sicuramente meritava cinque stelle. Promosso con riserva.

Un must per chi passa a Pesaro. Tra le pochissime cocktailerie della provincia a fare veramente la differenza a livello nazionale, e perché no, internazionale. I piatti dello chef Roberto accompagnano perfettamente i cocktail preparati dal Batender Alessandro. Passaggio obbligatorio. Assolutamente.
