This place is amazing! I have dealt with them a few times and they are so helpful throughout the entire process. For someone that does not know much about wallpaper it was the best comoany I could have used. They knew what i needed before i said i needed it. Desiree particulary has been amazing! WONDERFUL WONDERFUL WONDERFUL!!

The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have a huge selection of wallpaper. Good quality. You will have to wait if you order paper not in stock. We chose paper sourced from overseas and it took 2 months to arrive. Luckily we weren't in a rush and slowly making our way through home upgrades.
This store is lovely! The range of wallpaper they sell is extensive, I placed an order and had to wait a few weeks but was definitely worth it!! The staff are so knowledgeable about their wallpaper range, and were happy to answer all my annoying questions. Oh!! and their range of vintage furniture and bric-a-brac is also amazing!!

As much as I hated how long it took my wife to find the wallpaper she likes, the service here was great and the range was extensive. Plus they have some really cool retro furniture.
Do not order from this store!! We wish we had read their reviews before we ordered. Starting with the positives, the products (when they finally arrived) are great and the staff instore are friendly. We, like everyone else, were told a 2-4 week delivery which we accepted in all good faith. This is also written in the invoice. They take the whole payment upfront, with no chance of a refund when the delay continues with absolutely no positive news about delivery. 2 months later still no wallpaper had arrived, by which time we had a room full of wall units all over our apartment floor. Their communication is non-existant, it's as if once they have your order they don't give a damn. This was a terrible customer service experience and we will never order from them again. Not once did we receive an apology for the delay. Sorry guys, you need to do much better!
My recommendation is if you can find a wallpaper you like online, order direct, as unfortunately what Wall Candy has going for it in beautiful store display, isn't supported in their follow through in service delivery, as evident in other customers reviews and the responses from the owner. The order I placed, I waited 9 weeks for, with repeated follow up from my end, whereas despite COVID, I had bought other wallpaper online from multiple international European sites over the same period, and received these within a 3 week turn around. While I appreciate that a small business needs to operate in a way in which is economical, by placing accumulated orders in one large order at a time, and that this will cause delays, never mind COVID making this even harder and then on top of this an unexpected supplier error which contributed to my situation, unfortunately the communication around this was poor and where Wall Candy had an opportunity to keep me informed and reassured through proactive customer service, I instead had to repeatedly follow up. In the end I had a deadline after 9 weeks that meant I couldn't wait any longer so insisted on a refund which I was granted in full by the owner. My advice is where you choose to support this local business as opposed to online, just be sure to understand their orders process and the terms of purchase before paying in full when you order, as you are effectively paying in good will and this could present challenges if you find yourself in a similar situation. My feedback to David had been that in a time where online shopping is so dominant and is a very real threat to small local businesses, the one thing Wall Candy had in my situation was the opportunity to provide outstanding customer service in which case I potentially could have continued to wait, had I been better communicated with.
