I love coming here, the staff are always so friendly and positive. It's so nice to come down from the office and treat my colleagues on a Friday. Drinks are always fresh and served with a smile. This is my go to bubble tea place. I love utopia!

My experience was actually very pleasant. The new light meal addition is delicious, all vegan/vegetarian I may add! Strategic location, great service, food and drinks at its finest. Customer service was great too. Would definitely return.
On 18/12/2020, I ordered original milk tea with sago but there's no sago in my bubble tea. By the time I found out, I was already 30 meters away from the shop and I was also in a hurry. It was truly an disappointing experience. Hope that they would never make this mistake ever again.
Really great and friendly staff and im not sure how people could give this place a bad rating? They are always really generous with their sago and pop jelly and i have only ever had one mix up, getting chocolate sago instead of normal sago but they work so hard there so i just drank it and now i love chocolate sago go figure. Be patient because the staff really do work hard and they're human, they make mistakes like anyone. Really appreciate you guys making my bubble tea all the time Cheers
Thank you Utopia for answering our prayers by preparing light meals to go along with our drinks \u003c3. All vegan/vegetarian too. Their nasi lemak and chicken rice are to die for. Guys this is a must eat better grab it before it runs out!

The lady who served us was so kind and helpful. Amazing customer service and even turned the deep fryer back on for us! Such a pleasant experience that left us happy for the rest of the day!
Don’t get lychee jelly they will either give you aloe Vera jelly or nothing and gaslight you into agreeing that they did. Great store 10/10
