Abrupt and rude staff that seemed completely uninterested in me or making a sale, even though they weren't busy and I was the only customer in the shop. Previous purchases degraded quickly and didn't fit very well anyway, so they did me a favour, as clearly I'm better off shopping elsewhere.

Good quality product well price
I love this place shops with helpful staff that are very friendly
I got what I wanted to buy and at decent prices. Good quality goods for out door working lass.
The 2 guys working there were a great help. Knew what they were talking about and made it all pretty easy when buying all my gear. Also my friend was buying boots with Vibram soles and she had the same feeling. Went on an 8 mile walk right after buying and everything worked well. I think Trespass is a bit underrated. The DLX stuff really good too. Probably not a lot of people know but Trespass is owned by a company based in Glasgow so I found it good to support a company based in my home city.
