I recently bought a Seiko Sumo solar chronograph. Not usually a review writer but after receiving such great service from Derek and the team I am compelled to recommend T Paterson. Delivery was fast and free, well packaged with a friendly hand written enclosure. The watch has exceeded my expectations. I own several Swiss brands and this is easily their equal in terms of finish and overall quality. With a six month power reserve and visual indication of charge level, it’s a great everyday wear. Although the 44.5mm case sounds huge, it wears much smaller. The scalloped case and ergonomic strap positioning are really comfortable. The watch is a limited edition and was sold at a very good discount. I would have no reservations in recommending Paterson’s and will be a returning customer for sure.

I recently bought a Seiko Alpinist from T. Paterson and I have to commend them for the excellent service throughout. The communication was spot on and the watch arrived as promised and on time. This was my first purchase from them but it will definitely not be the last. I highly recommend them.
There was a Seiko special edition divers watch that I really liked, a number of online retailers had it at a a very good price but I wanted to spend my money locally with small businesses if possible. I thought I'd drop Patersons an e-mail to see if they could get one for me and how much it would cost. They got back to me really quickly and said that they would be happy to do it at the same sale discount as their current stock which made the price very competitive compared to online, but I would have to wait as it would need to be ordered. I promptly ordered the watch and although it took a few weeks due to Seiko UK still having some staff furloughed, when watch arrived and the shop were really helpful adjusting the bracelet while I waited. I was impressed by the very friendly and professional service and the fact they went out of their way to try and get me the watch that I wanted and offer it at a great price. I will make them my first port of call in future for any watch or jewellery enquiries.
